WOW!  Who knew that was underneath those geeky clothes!

Men now you too can get a body like Matthew Morrison.  Below are his secrets on how he gets his body ready for when he has to take everything off for the camera!

Diet

Matthew watches what he eats very carefully.  He limits his fat and sugar intake.  He will not eat fruit at night and will not eat more than a handful of nuts per day.  When he needs to lose some weight fast for a movie role, he only eats sweet potatoes.  They are high in fiber, high protein, nutritious, and are a natural diuretic which rids the body of excess water weight.

Exercise

He is an exercise fanatic who does all different kinds of exercise.  He cycles, runs, works out his abs, lifts weights, and paddle boards!  His weightlifting method is he lifts weights 4 times a week for only 20 minutes.  He never focuses on more than one muscle group at a time.
