Ms. BB (Bootylicious Babe), as I like to call her, has one of the hottest bodies in Hollywood.  She has been in numerous men magazines and has made the FHM 100 sexiest females in the world and other FHM lists year after year which I think she well deserves!!!  I absolutely love her!!!  She is a great role model for women because she is healthy and works hard to keep her body in shape.  Below is her fitness regime created by her trainer Jason Walsh on how to get her killer body!

Interval Training-this is excellent for burning body fat.  What she does–She warms up by jogging for a few minutes, than sprinting—“2 sets of 200 meter sprints, 2 sets of 150 meter sprints, and 2 sets of 100 meter sprints.”  Make sure to take short rests.

Stair Jumping- I have tried these before and they REALLY changed the shape of my bum!!  She jumps up a flight of stairs skipping a stair in between.

Weight Training-She weight trains with light weights and does high reps.  Her trick is to keep moving to burn more calories.

Abs-She doesn’t forget to work out her abs.  She does hanging leg raises and the Russian Twist.  For the Russian twist sit on the floor leaning back slightly while holding a 5 pound medicine ball and twist from side to side.  Do 3 sets of 15 twists per side.
