Have firmer, sexier, and more toned arms with the help of this video.  Make sure to be consistent and do the 6 exercises 3 times a week resting 2 days in between workouts and you will see a noticeable difference within a month.  You will look better in sleeveless clothes and will want to show off those tight arms!

You will need 2 3 to 5 pound dumbbells (use heavier weights if you can do all the sets and reps easily).  If you do not have weights, use water bottles or canned goods.
