If you want to have sexy ripped abs by summer, you need to start now because it take a lot of hard work and dedication.  Tony shares a few of his simple but effective secrets for getting a 6 pack. 

1) Cut out fizzy drinks and salty fried foods because they cause bloating.

2) Cut down on carbs and dairy products.

3) Eat after a workout.  If you want to get lean, eat most of your daily calories right after your workout and eat smaller meals the rest of the day.

4) Do cardio after weight training for 20 to 30 minutes. This forces your body to use your fat storages as fuel.

5) Perform abdominal exercises such a crunches every day.

Remember that watching what you eat is the most important thing you can do for achieving perfect abs.
