Get Sexy Cleavage

Men and women are both obsessed with breasts.  We pile on the firming creams, wear the padded bras, exercise, wear uncomfortable sexy clothes to show them off, etc.  

If your blessed with a bosom like Kim and Salma and want to keep them from sagging, do chest exercises, always wear a good sports bra when exercising, and don’t yoyo diet.  For best results, do chest exercises twice a week resting two to three days between workouts to allow for muscle recovery.  Do 2 to 3 sets of 8 to 10 repetitions.   There are many great exercises for building a beautiful chest such as doing pushups and using the fly machine to name a few.  However, I included the video below to get you started.  It contains two simple exercises that work!
