Chocolate fudge sundae, chocolate chip cookies, double pounder with cheese, deep dish meat lovers pizza …..mmmmm….  At times, everyone, even the most health conscious, find it difficult to always eat healthy.  Well don’t despair and give in to the temptation.  Do what these celebrities are doing. 

When Eva Mendes wants a cookie, she has one.  She stays in amazing shape by not depriving herself.  She does watch her portions though and opts for healthier snack options.  The Uncle Eddie Vegan chocolate chip cookie is her secret when she feels like having something sweet.

Lady Gaga, Demi Moore, and Jennifer Love Hewitt all indulge in apple slices with peanut butter to combat their sweet cravings.  This snack is perfect because it is healthy (has protein and lots of vitamins) and you will feel full for a while.  Peanut butter is high in fat so make sure to use a small amount. 

Kristin Cavallari from The Hills stays skinny by eating pizza when the urge to eat something fattening hits.  To make pizza healthier, she uses pita bread for the crust, low fat cheese and tomato sauce sparingly, and piles on the fresh vegetables.
