Like JWOWW

JWOWW is 20 pounds lighter and looks sexier than ever!

How did she do it?  She consumed protein shakes, salads, chicken, tuna, limited her carb intake and indulged in healthy homemade soups.  Also she didn’t deprive herself of any food, if she felt like having junk food, cheesecake, or pizza she did.  She just limited her portions.  She worked out for two hours 5 days a week doing 30 to 60 minutes of cardio exercise on the elliptical trainer, treadmill or StairMaster followed by weight training.  She said that her body looks the same as it did when she was 18!  You go girl, you look amazing!!
