Get Killer Curves

Tired of your boyish figure!  Do you want to fill out your clothes?

Lifting weights is a great way to add curves to your frame and transform your body from stick skinny to knockout, doing crunches will flatten your stomach and shrink your waist to give you hips, while diets lower in simple carbs and higher in protein will help build muscle while decreasing body fat.

For a shapely hourglass figure do the following:

Upper Body

Do shoulder raises 1-2 times per week for 3-4 sets of 10 reps using a moderate weight.

Lower Body

Build up your legs and butt.  Best exercises for the lower body are squats, leg extensions, lunges, and outer thigh extensions.

ABS

Workout your stomach and waist by doing crunches or the exercises in this video Best Ab Exercises From Around the World Videos at Fitness Magazine at least 3 times a week.

Diet

Eat healthy foods such as white meat, chicken breast, eggs, legumes, fruits, and vegetables.  Consume around 2,500 calories per day.   Avoid junk food such as processed foods, fatty meats, and excessive amounts of sugar and salt.
