Below are their secrets on how they get their bodies in shape for phycially challenging movie roles.

Daniel Craig Mr. 007 turned his set into his personal gym where he worked out on a treadmill, free weights, trampoline, and gymnastic rings, on which he did the “crucifixion move,” where a gymnast supports himself with both arms extended horizontally.

Hugh Jackman, to build muscle, he trains two muscle groups at a time; for example, one day he will do chest and triceps, while another day back and biceps.  His favorite weight lifting exercises are bench press, barbell lunge, squat, dead lift, and leg press.  After his workout, he run or swims for 20 minutes.  His diet plan: he eats 6 or 7 times a day, has egg whites for breakfast, and eats every 3 hours foods such as brown rice, vegetables, steamed chicken breasts, and fish.  In the evening, he doesn’t eat any carbs. 

I love Will Smith; he seems to get sexier with age.  For his role in last fall’s I Am Legend, he dropped 30 pounds and got down to 6% body fat.  He did it by running five-miles daily, hypertrophy strength training, and eating lots of protein and limiting his carbs.
