Flat abs and tiny waist

Everyone wants flat sexy abs and a tiny midsection!!  I have posted on this favorite body part before but I keep getting questions on how to get a flat stomach so I have decided to do another post on whittling that mid-section.

Start following the below suggestions now and have sexy toned abs in no time!  Remember that dieting and exercising will give you faster results than doing either alone. 

  • Do stomach exercises 2 to 3 times a week—try the best ab exercises from around the world video below.
  • Do aerobic exercises at least 3 times a week for 20 to 40 minutes to burn calories and lose that extra weight.
  • Eat 6 small meals a day
  • Do not eat carbs after 5 p.m.
  • Avoid eating late at night, if you must have something eat an apple or vegetables.
  • Drink at least 8 8 oz glasses of water a day. It will help curb your appetite.
  • Avoid carbonated drinks to avoid bloating.
  • Eat fiber enriched foods such as whole grain pasta, bread and rice and at least 5 servings a day of fresh or frozen fruits and leafy vegetables.  Fiber will help keep you full so you won’t overeat.

    I love your posts! They’re so direct and to the point! I was wondering if you could do a post on diet? I.e. a diet challenge that we could follow to lose around 4 kgs in a month? Diet is a major issue for me! I always tend to indulge in chocolate every second day!
