Calorie burning machine

Burn more calories the easy way.  Are you having a hard time losing those last 5 pounds?  If you have hit a weight-loss plateau and need help jump starting a sluggish metabolism, try the following suggestions.  

  • Fidget.  People who can’t stay still tend to be thinner than those who live sedentary lives.  So if you want to burn 500 extra calories daily drum you fingers or bounce your knees! 
  • Drink green tea.    
  • Drink black coffee.   
  • Drink cold water.  Studies have reported that” increasing your water intake by 1.5 liters a day for 1 year would burn an extra 17,400 calories, or about five pounds”.
  • Eat spicy food.
  • Eat 6 small meals.
  • Walk and use the stairs as much as possible.  Park your car farthest away from your destination.  Burn more calories by doing the following:
    • Swing your arms when you walk.
    • Wear weighted vest or use ankle and hand weights.
    • Walk on grass or sand. 
    • Walk along the beach with your ankles in the water.
