Too hyped to sleep

If you want to fall asleep as soon as your head hits the pillow, do not exercise at least 3 hours before bed time!  Even better yet workout in the morning or afternoon.

    Agree. If I workout too late it gives me too much late night energy. If I workout first thing in the morning I have all that energy to get me through the day and I’m lucky if I can stay up till 10!
