Hula Hooping

Using the hula hoop was one of my favorite exercises growing up!!  Of course back than I was doing it for fun and I had no idea about all the health benefits!

It strengths muscles especially the waist and abs, improves circulation promoting fat burning and reducing cellulite, burns lots of calories, improves coordination, enhances spinal flexibility, etc..  There are different kinds of hoops which offer different health benefits– conventional hula, weighted model, massage hula, and slimming hula.

How to use: keep your feet shoulder-width or slightly wider apart and place one foot in front of the other.  Start with the hoop against your back at your waist. Give it a push to start and shift your weight back and forth between your front and back foot to keep the hula hoop moving. 

Here is to an easy and fun way to melt off the fat from your midsection!!

    Just a quick question about the hula hoops, if i’m aiming for a smaller waist, what type of hula would you advise me to use?
