Suck in Gut

Does sucking in your stomach give you flatter abs?  Yes it can!  I have been practicing this habit for some time now and my stomach has gotten flatter.  Flexing every muscle for a few seconds or as long as you possibly can is a great and easy way to firm up your entire body. 

I found the below video which shows you different ways to suck in your stomach.  This video is easy, effective, and when combined with diet and exercise can give you visible results.  I just tried the video and liked it and will be doing it on a regular basis with other stomach exercises.  At first, the exercises might seem weird and difficult to do but give them a fair try.

Remember to always suck in your stomach and squeeze your tush!
