Have the body you have always wanted the easy, fast, and proven to work way!  Be among the over 2 million people who have successfully transformed their bodies by following Body-for-LIFE.  I have tried it and believe me it works!!  I never ever felt hungry, I was constantly eating every few hours and when I was following his advice religiously I was at my skinniest, I was finding it difficult to keep from losing weight.  To this day I am still incorporating many of his suggestions; this is a way of eating for life for me.

Main Aspects of the Program

Nutrition Plan

  • Eating 6 small meals daily.
  • Eating one portion of carbs and one portion of protein with each meal.
  • Eating vegetables with at least two meals daily.
  • Taking a multi-vitamin.
  • Limiting butter, cheese, mayonnaise, alcoholic beverages, and high fat salad dressings.
  • Allowed one “free day” to cheat each week.  You can eat whatever you want.

 Exercise Plan

  • Exercising six days a week alternating between weight training and aerobic exercise.
  • Weight train alternating between upper and lower body.
  • Do aerobic exercise for 20 minutes only.  During the first 2 minutes, intensity should be at 5. Minutes 3, 4, 5, and 6 set intensity on levels 6, 7, 8, and 9. Minute 7 drop the intensity back down to 6; keep doing this rhythm of going up and down again for 19 minutes. The last minute is a cool down where you set the intensity to 5.
  • To burn more fat do aerobic exercise first thing in the morning.
