    hey Aliya…thnks for all ur tips and help. i hav a double chin but my dilemma is i dint hav it before and once i saw a video about how to loose ur double chin wid these exercises as the one u hav mentioned and keeping ur head upright and saying the vowels wid ur hand under ur chin. i tried the vowels cuz i thought it was a silly exercise…it made my chin n neck ache a lot and later on i developed a double chin…maybe because the muscles started to sag cuz of exercise? maybe i did sthg wrong? now i hav a double chin n m scared to try the exercises because i think they will do opposite instead of making me loose my double chin. please help
