Flat Abs Dessert

It’s important to treat yourself every now and than!  This dessert is healthy, low calorie, and delicious! So go ahead and indulge a little.

Servings: 4

INGREDIENTS

4                    Popsicle sticks

2                    bananas, peeled and cut in half

1⁄2 c             chocolate sauce (the kind that forms a shell)

4 Tbsp        finely chopped unsalted peanuts

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place a Popsicle stick into the cut end of each banana.
  2. Pour the chocolate sauce over the bananas until they’re completely covered and  roll the chocolate-coated bananas in the peanuts.
  3. Freeze.

    Can’t wait to try this! I think I will be using almond slices instead of peanuts 🙂
