Who doesn’t want toned arms?  Now you can have beautiful arms in no time!  This video contains one exercise that works the biceps, shoulders, and triceps!  Workout your entire arm with 1 exercise!!  How easy is that?  You can be done quickly so you can enjoy your time doing other things. 

Use 3 to 5 pound dumbbells and do 3 sets of 12 reps.

    Hey Alya,
    I get to know about ur blog from I love Huda a lot. She is amazing so is u i believe. I wanna just ask you 1 thing My arms are very thin as compared to my body special from wrist to elbow so can you please suggest me any exrcises
