Sitting can kill?

There have been several studies that suggest people who spend most of their time sitting are more likely to be fat, have a heart attack or even die.

This subject is still being studied and there isn’t enough evidence yet to say how much sitting is bad.   If you have a desk job or sit for long periods, try to interrupt sitting as often as possible.  For example, if you need to discuss something with a colleague don’t just send them an e-mail or call them. Walk over to talk to them.

    This is so true, I even heard this tip on the show Drs.
