Wo00w Jenny looks AMAZING and to think that she once topped the scale at 200 pounds.  She lost the baby weight with diet and exercise but she just couldn’t get rid of the jiggle so she took up yoga to get her pre-pregnancy body back.

The exercise

  • You do 26 different poses in a room heated to 105 degrees for 90 minutes. You hold each pose for at least 1 minute with no rest between each pose.

Jenny does this 3X a week.

    one of my fav yoga’s.Theres something about it.I go to the one at club stretch in bur dubai.
