Most people avoid these two foods when dieting fearing of weight gain but they can actually promote weight-loss and have loads of extra other benefits!

Go nuts!  Despite nuts having lots of calories and fat, they actually don’t promote weight gain.  Why? They are filling and people tend to eat less later on after eating them.  Another added benefit is that up to 20 % of the calories in nuts don’t get absorbed.  Make sure to only have a handful of nuts though!

Have a sweet craving?  Have some dark chocolate.  It may lower inflammation, can prevent strokes and heart attacks, lowers blood pressure, and boosts brain power this is due to its high content of flavanols.  To get the benefits, you only need 100 grams or about 3.5 ounces of dark chocolate a day.
