Tasty PMS Relief

Say good bye to PMS (mood swings and bloating) with the PMS smoothie!  This delicious drink is high in magnesium, calcium and vitamin C which are proven to reduce PMS symptoms.

PMS Smoothie


1 cup low-fat yogurt

8 oz. orange juice

1 cup fresh strawberries

1 banana

1 tablespoon molasses (or to taste)


Add all the ingredients together in a blender and blend for approximately 45 seconds. Add ice and drink up and enjoy a PMS free life!
