Daily calories = weight loss

Here is an easy way to calculate how many calories you must consume daily to drop 10 pounds. 

Choose your target weight x [10 + your weekly exercise hours] = daily caloric intake

If you missed a workout, reduce your intake by 350 to 750 calories depending on long you train.

    Hello Alya! , just to make it more clear; my weight target is 65 kilos and 1 hour of execise, 651 calories should be my daily consume?!am i right!?

      I converted your weight to lbs and got the following: 143* 11=1573 calories daily. Xx

      One more thing love please never never consume less than 1000 calories without doctor supervision.
