Easy Weight loss

Lose weight without dieting just by eating more fiber.  Consuming 8 grams of fiber for every 1,000 calories can result in about 4 pounds of weight loss. 

Fiber rich diet foods

Strawberries

1 cup of halved strawberries has 3 grams of fiber and 50 calories. Also, they are full of vitamin C—great for keeping your skin looking more youthful.

Green Beans

1 cup has 4 grams of fiber and 44 calories.  Also, they are high in vitamin K which is necessary for maintaining strong, healthy bones.

Raspberries

1 cup has 8 grams of fiber and 64 calories.
