Should cardio be done before or after weight training?

If you are using the same muscles, weight training should be done first.  For example, if you plan on weight training your lower body and jogging, you would weight train first because weights preserve muscles.

However, if you are training your upper body and jogging than it doesn’t matter which you do first.

    so if i want to keep my lower body muscles size or enlarge them, then i have to do the cardio last thing?
