Ah celebrities, why do we obsess over them?  Have you ever wondered-what they eat; how they stay slim; if they exercise; what types of exercise they do, etc..?  Well wonder no more!  Here are some ways how some celebs get their gorgeous figures.


Curvacious Coco (see above photo) workout secret:  She weight trains wearing high 5″ heels.  Even though she has a tiny waist and a flat stomach, I do not encourage anyone to do this.  You can really injury yourself!

Diet Regime: she Only drinks room-temperature water, believing that cold water is more difficult to digest, avoids milk, drinks wheatgrass juice and hot water with lemon, and blesses her food with Tibetan sayings.

Exercise Routine: Rock climbing, mountain biking, running, kayaking, and doing yoga.

Diet Regime: For quick weight loss, she goes on low-carb diets like Zone and Atkins. More important than her eating habits is her philosophy on life which is “no fat, no smokes and lots of sleep”.
