Lose weight the KK way

Khloe Kardashian is looking more toned these days with her recent weight loss.  She lost 10 pounds and is now down to a size 8. How did she do it?

By doing cardio, drinking lots of water and eating smaller portions.  Her workout routine consisted of 35-minute cardio sessions of  hiking with friends, boxing, and boot camp.

Job well done Khole, you’re looking great!!  Keep it up!

Here is to healthy living-AAK -Exercising doesn’t have to be a chore.  Do things you enjoy, the key is to keep moving!
