Cellulite Diet

Like the dimpled look?  Well eating the following foods can help!

Caffeine, fizzy drinks, alcohol, salt, sugary, refined, and fattening foods.

Who are we kidding?  Most people do not like the appearance of cellulite and are willing to do just about anything to get rid of the bumps and dimples.  If you are one of these people, check out the below post I did on how to stop it in its tracks!  Also try deep massaging the area every night to break up the deposits of fat and fibrous tissue can help decrease the appearance of the dimpling.
