Feeling fried?  Go outdoors for a boost!  Nature wakes up your brain and your body.  People who spend at least 20 minutes a day outdoors feel up to 20%  more physical and mental energy than those who stay inside. That’s not an option?  Well open the blinds-just looking outside can recharge you.
