5 Must Eat Foods

Want to be thin, beautiful, and live a longer, better life?  Well by adding the below superfoods to your diet, you’ll melt the fat, boost your metabolism, and protect yourself from diseases.  Make it your goal to include these all-stars into your diet every day which shouldn’t be too hard seeing how delicious they are!


Want a better body?  Eating ½ a grapefruit with each meal daily helps melt the fat off!  It also contains a massive dose of the cancer-preventing lycopene.

Green Tea

This drink contains concentrated amounts of the antioxidant catechins which studies report can save lives and help with weight loss.  To get these benefits, you must drink lots of it-5 or more cups a day.

Swiss Chard

This veggie should be on top of everyone’s food list!  It is a natural vitamin providing 16 vitamins and vital nutrients.   It is super low in calories and a good source of vitamins A, K, C, E, and minerals calcium and Iron.  It strengthens bones, improves vision, fights cancer, and sharpens mental acuity.


Allicin, an antibacterial and antifungal compound, found in garlic fights against cancer, strengths cardiovascular system, decreases fat storage, and fights acne inflammation.  To benefit from this superfood, you must first crush the garlic as finely as possible.  A good way to do this is to peel the cloves, then use the side of a knife to crush the garlic first before mincing.  Also, be sure not to overcook it, overcooking causes it to lose all its nutrients.


Eating an ounce of almonds daily, about 23 nuts, provides 9 grams of oleic acid more than any other nut.  Oleic acid is a monounsaturated fat responsible for many health benefits.  A few worth mentioning are improved memory, boosted energy levels, and aids in weight loss.

    Hay Girlyy girl quick question about Ramadan how do you feel about waking up on suhur wakin up at three am to eat then going back to sleep any quick advice

      Yes def. wake up to have something to eat for suhur. It isn’t good to go that long without food. Good food choices are banana and low-fat plain or Greek yogurt, oatmeal or whole grain cereal and banana, low-fat cottage cheese with apple, 1 tbsp peanut butter with apple slices, or 6-8 oz container of nonfat flavored yogurt topped with 2 tablespoons low-fat granola cereal.
