Oh Mario where thou got that body from!  Spill your secrets on how we can get incredible muscle tone like you.

The Workout
This beef cake has been working out hard for a long time now since his Saved by the Bell days.  He does 500 pushups every day, lifts weights, and does cardio for a minimum of an hour every day.  His cardio routine consists of running, swimming, bike riding, basketball, yoga and boxing.

The Diet Plan

Yes it’s true that he is blessed with good genes but he is strict with what he feeds his body.  He eats small healthy meals every 3 hours to keep his metabolism high.  When he feels like cheating, he eats a spoonful of peanut butter to help him fight off the cravings.

Here is a sample of what this fitness fanatic eats:

Breakfast: Fruit, yogurt and granola
Lunch: Chicken and rice
Dinner: Sushi
