Are you guys ready for a delicious and easy way to fight the bulge?  This tasty treat is loaded with many other benefits and many celebs eat it to combat their sweet cravings!  What is it? Peanut butter.   A word of warning: it is considered a high fat food so use only a small amount no more than 2 TBSP.  Also to maximize your benefits, make sure to eat all natural peanut butter and not processed peanut butter with lots of added sugars.


Energy Booster
Need a little boost to get through your workout?  Try a teaspoon of peanut butter on apple slices or on a piece of whole wheat toast.  It will help you exercise longer and at a more intense pace, which helps you burn more calories and lose fat.

Appetite Suppressant
Peanut butter contains fairly high quantities of fiber which means you won’t be tempted to snack and will have an easier time sticking to your diet and limiting your food intake.

Muscle Builder/Metabolism Booster
It has high amounts of protein which helps build lean muscles and lean muscle mass helps you burn fat.  Yes peanut butter is high in fat but it’s healthy monosaturated fats which have been shown to help muscles grow and burn fat.  The more muscles you have the higher your metabolism will be.

    much as i wanna try this i cant. Im a big peanut butter junky and i eat it like brad pitt did in Meet Joe Black.

        Like drinking slot of water before an after dinner and I get really full fast because it’s Ramadan and I want to get my whole grains and healthy stuff but I jus can’t get it all in everything seems to get stored at fat and it sucks and I’m gooood how you been Girlyyy hope all is well you should sooo start making video like ur sister that would aahhmmaazinnggg

    @ Reema,

    Drinking really cold water in general is not good for your stomach/body. I suggest drinking regular room temperature water 30 minutes before and after your meal. Not only will it keep you fuller but its also a Sunnah – the Prophet (saws) did! 🙂
