Yummy Cheesecake

I absolutely love cheesecake!   It’s one of my favorite desserts.   There is no way that I can live without this dessert.  But being a health nut, I had to cut down on eating this sinful dessert to 3X a week :)!  JK.  I thought I would have to give it up completely but luckily I found this delicious low cal and easy to make recipe!  Have a slice every now and than without packing on the pounds. Easy No-Bake Cheesecake

Servings: 8


  • 8 oz Cool Whip Free
  • 8 oz 1/3 less fat Philadelphia Cream Cheese
  • 9 inch reduced fat Graham Cracker Crust
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice


  1. In a large bowl, whip cream cheese, lemon and sugar for a few minutes until fluffy. Add Cool Whip and whip until smooth.
  2. Spoon mixture into pie crust and chill for a few hours, until firm.
  3. Cut into 8 equal slices.
