Mix it up!

Are you not getting the results you want from your workout routine?  Well if you do the same exercise over and over again you will eventually hit a plateau where you will fail to see any more changes.  To avoid this from happening, you need to always challenge your body so make sure you are changing your workouts every few weeks. You can change the type of exercise you do, the length of time you exercise, the amount of weight lifted or the number or reps.
