Think that starving yourself works?  Well think again.  If you don’t believe me, see the images below of a few famous yo yo dieters.

Yo-yo dieting can slow your metabolism by as much as 15 %! Metabolism is the rate at which we burn calories-how quickly we put on weight or how easily we lose it.  To keep your metabolism as high as possible while dieting, never eat less than 1,000-1,200 calories a day.

    I am still struggling in Ramadan.. in my eating habit and the type of food.. and find it difficult to follow the tip you posted..
    i still do dvd workout at home..
