Eggs for Weight Loss?

Eggs are the perfect diet food.  They are low in calorie, a good source of protein, and good for the brain.  Want another reason to eat eggs?  How about suppressing your appetite.  A study at Louisiana State University found that overweight people who ate 2 eggs a day for 5 or more days a week for 8 weeks lost 65% more weight and had an 83% greater reduction in waist circumference than people who ate a bagel for breakfast with the same number of calories.  Eggs provide a feeling of satiety allowing you to eat less.
