How to get rid of love handles

Getting rid or reducing those incredibly annoying love handles can be done but you have to be committed.  It takes lots of hard work and patience.  If you’re willing to do whatever it takes, the body of your dreams can be yours!  Try the following suggestions and you will be on your way to a more slimmer you.

No More Love Handles Diet

To get rid of love handles, you must be very strict with what you put in your mouth!  Make sure to eat fewer calories, as well as less fat and sugar, and increase your fiber intake.

Burn it off with Cardio

You need to do cardio so that what you eat doesn’t get stored as fat.  Do whatever you enjoy; the key it to keep active.  Whether it’s walking to work, playing a favorite sport, dancing, hitting the treadmill at the gym, or even taking the stairs instead of the elevator, every little step counts.  Also remember that the bigger your love handles the more you should exercise so try to get in 3 to 5 days of cardio for 30 to 45 minutes.

Fake a Small Waist

A handy little trick that works wonders is to create the illusion of having a smaller midsection by bulking up your shoulders and bicepsA great exercise that does this is the lat pulldown. Sitting with your back flat against the seat, grasp the bar with your hands shoulder-width apart. Pull the bar down to your chest, pause, and extend arms back to starting position. Repeat 12 to 15 times.

Shrink it with Toning Exercises
