Hey there everybody!  It’s question time again.  Please keep them coming.

Question: I have a BIG butt and I hate it!  I want to make it smaller.  Please HELPPPPP!!!  Can you suggest some exercises I can do to make it smaller?  Thank you.

The exercises in the following video are great for toning, lifting, and shrinking a huge butt.  Do the video 2 to 3 times a week but make sure to rest at least 1 day before doing the workout again (for example, if you do this video on Monday than don’t do it again until Wednesday.)  Also check out the below posts.  For a smaller butt, make sure not to use any weights.  A lifted and perfect booty can be yours with a little patience and conviction.  Best of luck!
