Fight Fat with Dairy!

Everyone knows that dairy is important for building strong teeth and bones.  Did you know that it can be a dieters best friend?  Study after study have found that dieters who consumed 1200 to 1300 mg of CA daily lost nearly 2X as much weight as dieters getting less calcium.  Calcium prevents weight gain by increasing the breakdown of body fat.  So eat up on low-fat cheeses, yogurt, and milk.

The many benefits of dairy

  • Builds strong bones
  • Helps promote weight loss
  • Fights against osteoporosis, obesity, high blood pressure, cancer, and heart disease

    great post babyyy. gonna start taking more yogurt, milk and cheese 🙂 I have a question about Greek yogurt. I think you and Huda both have mentioned about it that its very good if im not wrong, but it is full of fat as well. so how much one should eat it like daily or twice or thrice a week?
