Lemon Water = Weight Loss

Did you know adding lemon slices to your drinking water can help you lose weight?  What an easy and delicious way to a more slimmer you!

Drink a warm cup of lemon water first thing in the morning to activate your body’s detoxifying process.  Also remember that the more lemon water you drink the more weight you will lose so make sure to add an ounce of lemon juice to each of your eight daily glasses of water.
