Eat Your Way Gorgeous!

Want sparkly eyes, gorgeous younger looking skin, and shiny hair?  Have Spinach!

Why is this veggie a beautifying food?  It’s rich in antioxidants C and E and provides lots of vitamins and minerals such as B, potassium, magnesium, calcium, iron, and omega-3 fatty acids.  Eating foods rich in antioxidants will help with collagen production which is needed to improve the skin’s appearance.  Also spinach is a good source of lutein which is what’s responsible for making your eyes sparkle.

Health tip: Use spinach in salads instead of lettuce.
