Who’s booty is this? Hint: this bootylicious babe said this in an interview-“I’m on a diet. I need to be. I love to eat – Kit Kats or cookies-and-cream ice cream. I need sugar like five times a day.”

To slim down for her wedding, she trained with Gunnar Peterson who created a workout which focused on her upper body.  She did exercises such as lat pulldown, dumbbell shoulder press, etc. 2-3 times a week.

The Routine

  1. Warm up with cardio for 5-10 minutes
  2. Push/pull resistance workout
  3. Jump rope for 50 skips

Repeat this circuit 4 times
