Curb Appetite & Boost Weight loss

Wouldn’t it be great if you could drop pounds just by seasoning your food? Well a few studies have shown that capsaicin in hot peppers may help curb appetite and hinder the storage of fat.

So go ahead and top your favorites with cayenne pepper, diced jalapenos, or any variety of hot chili peppers. If you don’t like it hot, have sweet peppers.  It contains capsiate, a capsaicin-like compound, which also hinders fat storage and boosts weight loss.

    You once mentioned eating grapefruit contributes to weight loss.since its a bitterfruit as I heard can I make a juice out of it and drink it instead?? I have never tried this fruit earlier.

      1/2 grapefruit or 8 ounces of grapefruit juice for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I don’t know the name of the ones we buy but not bitter at all. Let me find out what the name of the grapefruit is or where they are from and will let you know? I cut the grapefruit in slices and remove the skin from the slices. The skin makes the pulp more bitter.
