Guess who’s rock-hard abs are these? Hint: this hunky blood sucking beef cake was featured in People magazine’s “Summer’s Hottest Bachelors” in 2009.

If you picked Twilight Hottie Kellan , you are correct!  To get rock hard abs like his, do the exercises below.

Reverse Crunch

20 reps

Lie face up on the floor with your palms facing down. Bend your hips and knees 90 degrees. Raise your hips off the floor and crunch them inward. Pause, and then slowly lower your legs until your heels neatly touch the floor.

Tips:
[A] Hold your feet together.
[B] Imagine that you are emptying a bucket of water that’s resting on your pelvis. Your knees should move toward your chest. Your hips and lower back should raise up off the floor.
[C] Don’t change the bend in your knees from start to finish.

  • V-Up

    20 reps

    Lie faceup on the floor with your legs and arms straight. Hold your arms straight above the top of your head. In one movement, simultaneously lift your torso and legs as if you’re trying to touch your toes. Lower your body back to the starting position.

    Tips:
    [A] Your arms should be in line with your body.
    [B] Keep your head in line with your body; don’t crane your neck forward. Your torso and legs should form a V. Your legs should be straight.
