Eat Too Much?

Have a massive appetite? Want an easy way to curb it?  Have caffeine before your meal!  Some great choices include green or black tea, black coffee, and dark chocolate.  An added bonus of caffeine: it increases your metabolism!

Remember not to drink more than 500 mg of caffeine per day, that’s about five 8-oz. cups of coffee, to avoid anxiety, insomnia, irritability, restlessness, upset stomach, rapid heartbeat and muscle tremors.

    wow i always though coffee was bad for you lol

    Alya, can you please help me with one thing.

    Im just starting to do regular workouts, basically i dont want to lose weight, i just want to tone up and get slightly more lean and defined muscles overall the body.
    Ive been looking up on the net about how to schedule the workouts but its so difficult because there are sooo many.

    could you please post a blog about this topic, as a beginner, how should one design the workout over a week so one can target all the muscle groups..etc.

    Would reaaaly appreciate 🙂
