Slimmer Abs in 3 Weeks

Do you hate when your belly hangs over your jeans?  Want to slim down that pooch?  To see results in just three weeks, try the suggestions below.

Follow The “ABCDEF’” Plan
•No Alcohol, coffee or soda
•No Breads or starchy Carbs
•No Dairy except milk or low-fat Greek Yogurt
•No Extra sweets
•No Fruits or too much Fats
Also to increase your metabolism and make fat loss even easier:
  • Eat lean protein such as chicken breast, turkey, and tuna
  • Eat small meals every three hours
  • Eat more fiber
  • Drink at least 2 liters of water a day
  • Do aerobics 3 to 5 days a week for 30 to 45 minutes such as jogging or hula hooping
  • Do stomach exercises at least 2x a week

    wow, no Fruits?
    What are stomach exercise? ..i’ve been doing sit ups, is that ok?

      No fruits, yes it’s rather strict but it works and of course I don’t recommend doing this diet for long term. Make sure to take a multi-vitamin to insure that you are getting all your nutrients http://alyasfitclub.com/2011/09/05/pill-popping/

      Yes sit ups are ok. Crunches and leg lifts. I like doing leg lifts-they work the lower stomach. Lie down on the floor with your body stretched straight out. Keeping your hips and shoulders firmly on the floor, put your hands underneath your butt, use your abs to raise your legs straight up.
