Exercise Curbs Appetite?

Exercise as an appetite suppressant? What?  How can that be? You would think that it would have the opposite effect.  Well it can but not if you engage in vigorous exercise.  Exercising vigorously before eating will allow you to eat less!  Why?  It increases body temperature and alters hormone levels (catecholamines).

Some great exercises include running, high intensity interval training, speed walking, and jump ropingWhat does vigorous aerobic exercise feel like? Your heart is racing, you’re breathing rapidly, and only able to speak in short phrases.
