Are You a Repeat Yo Yo Offender?

Losing weight for most people is easy.  Keeping it off is a challenge!  Estimates indicate 75-90% of all dieters who lose weight can expect to regain all of the weight they lost within 1-3 yrs of completing the diet .  WOW!  That’s a VERY high percentage!

That’s why I am so against YO YO dieting!!  Yes sure you can lose a LOT of weight quickly but what’s the point? You will gain it all back and it is dangerous to your health!  It can increase your risk of heart disease and gall bladder disease.  Also some experts believe that years of repeated yo-yo dieting can cause wrinkles due to the repeated stretching of the skin which may damage the elastic structure that gives skin its youthful, firm tone (webmd).  Please please please AVOID FAD DIETS!!!  Lose weight by eating healthy and exercising. You will look and feel better.  Do not lose more than 2 pounds a week and never eat less than 1200 calories daily.

    Hi Alya, can my body looks like her even after being pregnant twice? and my stomach how much could it steretch back the way it was before having kids? i hate my body 😦
