Running = Sagging & Wrinkles

Avoid rigorous exercise such as running, jogging, or intense high impact aerobics because dermatologists and plastic surgeons believe that they cause sagging and wrinkling of the face.  This will begin to show when you reach your 40’s.  So what’s the solution?

You don’t have to stop these exercises if you love doing them just alternate between low impact and high impact exercise.  Some great face saving exercises include swimming, stationary bike, walking, and elliptical.

    Hi, jogging is my favorite sport but not a running junky .. I try to jog twice a week for about 5km . Is that considered intense ?

    OH not good, I love to run and do it all the time 😦 Thanks for posting this so now I can do other things with running. I did notice my face starting to sag a little
