Can’t stop eating?  Need help controlling a massive appetite?  

Try the following suggestions:

  • Eat foods with a low glycemic index (under 55) such as apples, milk, yogurt, hummus, and nuts.  Your body will digest these foods slowly leaving you feeling full longer and allowing you to eat less without feeling hungry.  Glycemic index is a value obtained by monitoring a persons blood sugar after eating food. Foods that satisfy your hunger and blood sugar levels will leave you less likely to snack.
  • Eat 5 meals (3 small meals and 2 snacks) each day to keep your blood sugar levels elevated.

    great tips!
    i need to lose few kgs and i’m following those tips already+ drinking lots of water (between 1.5 to 2 liters every day) and exercising of course..
